Why does nothing happen when I select the "Edit Menus" option?

Because nothing's supposed to, duh.

Real answer

Because nothing's supposed to. It's inclusion in the release version of Rusalka was a bug (perpitrated by James Paige), but not a serious enough one to warrant re-releasing it.

When the Edit Menu feature is complete, you will be able to add custom menus to your games without a jillion lines of Plotscripting.
