How do I import my scripts without launching custom.exe and then going in the script managment menu?

Using only the tools that come with the OHRRPGCE, you must go into Custom and manually import the script.

[edit] In the old times... that are not that old!

There's a third-party tool which can automatically import the scripts for you. It's called HS Importer, and can be downloaded from http://hamsterrepublic.com/ohrrpgce/thirdparty/HSimport.zip People were using it to import the HS file in their game.

[edit] Brand new method!

Launch the DOS command-line (or the Command Console in Windows 2000 and XP) go into the repertory in which you installed custom.exe and game.exe. Here is an exemple with the Windows' XP Dos command-line

Microsoft Windows XP [version 5.1.2600]
# Any windows version will be displayed here
c:\Documents and settings\User\
c:\cd HamsterRepublic\
c:\HamsterRepublic\

Now add the line " custom.exe mygame.rpg myscript.hs" You'll see something like

Microsoft Windows XP [version 5.1.2600]
# Any windows version will be displayed here
c:\Documents and settings\User\
c:\cd HamsterRepublic\
c:\HamsterRepublic\ custom.exe mygame.rpg myscript.hs

Then an little black windows will pop up and you will be asked to enter your password. Enter it and you'll see the script importing as they usually do when you use the script management console under custom.exe. You've done! Scripts have been imported and are ready to be tested! If you have troubles in using Dos consoles feel free to ask for help on the forum!
