If you are having trouble downloading and installing the OHRRPGCE, read the Installation Guide

Next, read the HOWTO. It gives you a tutorial on how to create your first game, and how to work with a few of the menus.

After you feel comfortable with the simple stuff, then you might consider reading about Plotscripting

If you get stuck, you can always ask for help on one of the Forums
