This is the main menu for editing heroes. You can choose which hero you want to modify, you can change the hero's name, and you can go to various other sub-menus to change details about the hero.

[edit] Return to Main Menu

This takes you back to the previous menu, the Main Menu.

[edit] ←Pick Hero #→

Press left or right to browse through the available Pick Heros, or type in an ID number

[edit] Name

Type the name of the hero. It can be up to 16 letters long. If you want to allow the player to rename the hero, see the options available in the hero /Bitsets menu.

[edit] Appearance and Misc...

Takes you to the Hero Appearance editor where you choose the hero's graphics.

[edit] Edit Stats...

Takes you to the Hero Stat editor where you choose the hero's strenght and health and speed and magic stats.

[edit] Edit Spell Lists...

Takes you to the Hero Spell List editor where you can give the hero magic attacks and special skills.

[edit] Name Spell Lists...

Spell lists must be named if you want to use them. You can name them in the Hero Spell List Name editor

[edit] Bitsets...

Takes you to the Hero Bitset editor where you can set elemental strengths and weaknesses, and enable renameability.

[edit] Hero Tags...

Takes you to the Hero Tag editor where you can define special tags to be set when the hero is in the party
