Ypsiliform

Ypsiliform will probably be the next stable release of the OHRRPGCE, unless Yggdrasil happens first. It will include:
- Scriptable sprites
- Raised item limits
- Groundwork for the new "slice" system for layering graphics (or maybe a fully finished layer rewrite, who knows?)
- Other things which have not been determined yet.
Ypsiliform means a thing which is shaped like the greek letter ypsilon
